All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable digital software and WordPress plugin source code, **we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations** once a transaction has been completed and the software license key/download link has been issued.

1 Why We Maintain a No-Refund Policy

Unlike physical merchandise that can be boxed up and shipped back to a warehouse, digital software plugins and GPL code cannot be "returned" or permanently erased from a customer's computer or server after downloading.

To protect our intellectual property, prevent fraudulent software pirating, and maintain our discounted lifetime pricing tiers for honest store owners, all software sales are strictly final upon delivery.
