When you purchase a WooReelsify Pro license on our website, we collect only the essential business information required to process your transaction and activate your software:

• Billing Information: Name, billing email address, and company name (optional).
• License Activation Data: The domain name(s) where you install and activate the license key for verification.
• Support Interaction: Any diagnostic logs or screenshots you voluntarily email to our technical support team during troubleshooting.

2 Payment Processing Security (PCI-DSS)

We never store, process, or transmit your credit card numbers or banking PINs on our servers. All financial payments are securely handled by Level 1 PCI-DSS certified payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay. We only receive a secure cryptographic transaction token and confirmation ID.

3 How Storefront Video Analytics Work

WooReelsify Pro features a built-in Revenue Attribution dashboard. Here is how it protects your customers' privacy:

• Local Database Storage: When a shopper views a reel or clicks "Add to Cart", the event is recorded directly in your WooCommerce database (`wp_wooreels_analytics` tables).
• No External Telemetry: No analytics data, revenue figures, or customer IP addresses are ever transmitted back to WooReelsify servers or any external advertisers.
• GDPR & CCPA Compliant: Because no third-party tracking pixels or spy cookies are injected, your video feeds are inherently GDPR, CCPA, and India DPDP compliant.

4 Cookies & Browser Storage

The WooReelsify frontend video player utilizes minimal browser `localStorage` or session cookies solely for user experience purposes:

• Mute / Unmute State: Remembering if the shopper preferred audio muted or unmuted across page loads.
• Video Playback Position: Ensuring scroll-snap carousels resume smoothly when navigating between categories and product pages.

5 Your Data Rights (Access & Deletion)

Under international data protection laws (GDPR, UK DPA, CCPA, India DPDP Act), you have full control over your personal account information:

• Right to Access: You can request an export of all billing records and license keys associated with your email.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the permanent deletion of your customer account and support tickets at any time by contacting support.
